Thank you for choosing ALTRD for your special occasion! Below you will find the process, terms and conditions, and policies to create and deliver your custom bridal and formal garment.
How it works:
Once you have purchased your garment package, you will email ALTRD at “[email protected]” with the subject line stating your name and the name of the product you purchased.
Within that email you will specify the following content:
Measurements:
BRA SIZE
BUST
WAIST
HIPS
HEIGHT
HEEL HEIGHT (for long gowns or pants)
BICEP (for sleeves)
You will also attach 2 photos of your FRONT AND SIDE PROFILE for reference with the measuring tape around you, marked appropriately.
ALTRD will build your gown based on the measurements provided. The process will begin once the email and all required materials are received. It is your responsibility to act timely to get your garment within the outlined timeframes.

Payment + Process
You pay in full when you place your order. You have from the time you place your order until you send the email with your measurements or 7 days to receive a 65% refund. After the email is sent or 7 days has passed with no communication after purchase, you forfeit a refund.
Refund Policy
You have 7 days after the purchase to receive a 65% discount on your purchase. Once that 7 days has passed OR once you sent your measurements, you forfeit your payment and will not receive a refund.
Failure to communicate or deliver the information and material on your end will not result in refund for priority fees if the schedule gets pushed. ALTRD respects your time and excitement, please do the same!

Time Frame + Processing Time
Each garment has an outlined timeframe for processing and delivery. If you would like your garment to be completed sooner, there are priority fees that can be paid to ensure you receive it sooner. HOWEVER, ALTRD can only meet these deadlines if you are communicating and delivering on your end as well! These fees will not be refunded should you fail to communicate.
Cancelation of your project
You may cancel your project within the first 7 days IF the measurements email has not been received - and receive a 65% refund.
Email [email protected] to cancel with the subject line CANCEL (your name) (your project name).
I will then issue a 65% refund. Should it fall after that 7 days OR after receiving the measurements email, 0% will be refunded and your dress will be canceled.

Client Acknowledgement and Agreement
By purchasing your product, you agree to all the terms, conditions, payment and fees policies.
